Having relocated to Naples in 1976 from Peoria, Illinois, Mitch pursued his education at the University of Florida and the University of South Florida, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree. His early career with Ritz-Carlton Hotels taught him the refined art of concierge-level service, a hallmark of his approach in real estate. For over three decades, Mitch has applied that same philosophy, ensuring his clients receive meticulous attention to detail and an exceptional experience tailored to their specific needs.

When Mitch isn’t serving his clients, he is deeply committed to the Naples community, dedicating over 30 years to various non-profit and city boards. An avid athlete and passionate triathlete, Mitch serves as President of Gulf Coast Runners and has completed the Ironman Triathlon along with 20 marathons, including the prestigious Boston Marathon. He also serves on the Artis-Naples Friends Board and spent eight years on the City of Naples Planning Advisory Board and Design Review Board.

A proud father of three and a doting grandfather to three grandchildren, all of whom live in Naples, Mitch cherishes family time and loves spoiling his grandkids, fully embracing the Naples lifestyle he helps others discover. He is also a father to Dachshund, Emme!

Throughout his career, Mitch has cultivated a special focus on the new construction of luxury homes in Naples' most sought-after neighborhoods west of Tamiami Trail, such as Old Naples, Aqualane Shores, and Port Royal.
