As a true Neapolitan, Dane Norgart was born and raised in Naples, Florida! His keen familiarity and vast knowledge of Naples neighborhoods span not only by land but also by water. As a lifelong boater and fisherman, Dane knows the "backwaters" of Naples and Marco Island like the back of his hand! For a unique perspective, Dane oftentimes provides his customers with a fun and adventurous boat tour of waterfront real estate in the neighborhoods of The Moorings, Park Shore, Aqualane Shores, and Port Royal.

Following a college career in Gainesville, Florida Dane quickly returned to sunny and warm Naples to pursue a fun and fulfilling apprenticeship in crewing on a 135 ft. private yacht. This stint propelled his boating and fishing skills to becoming a seasoned captain and guide not only offshore in the Atlantic and Gulf of Mexico but also in local backwaters.
 
Realizing he wanted to become a bit more "grounded" Dane obtained his real estate license in 2016 and soon joined his father, Broker Mitch Norgart in his real estate practice at Gulf Coast International Properties and the waterfront development of Mangrove Bay. There, under his dad's tutelage, Dane has honed his skills in fine real estate service.
 
Whether they are guiding buyers or sellers in a real estate transaction, The Norgart Team prides themselves on providing a "concierge" level of service to all of their customers!
